Nigerian Pottery is a 1970 catalogue by Sylvia Leith-Ross. The books includes a few short essays, along with images and information about pottery from different regions of Nigeria. The book was based on the collection of pottery at the Jos Museum, along with research conducted by Leith-Ross.
I have seen the book cited by a few different contemporary artists, but as the book is long out of print, it can be hard to track down. There are occasionally used copies available, but I recently was able to check out a library copy. There are a lot of amazing vessels pictured in the book, including the striking spherical vessel on the cover.
